Q: What are the sizing guidelines for Lullight?

A: Our clothing is designed for a relaxed and comfortable fit—please refer to our sizing guide (linked on each product page) for detailed measurements (bust, waist, hips, length). Most styles are true to size, but we will indicate "relaxed" or "slim" in the product description. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit, or one size down for a better fit—our customer service staff can also provide try-on photos for specific styles!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement (before processing begins). Please email support@lullight.com with your order number and request—after 12 hours, we cannot guarantee a change will be made, but we will do our best to assist you.

Q: How do I care for my Lullight clothing?

A: Each product comes with a care label with instructions, but general guidelines are as follows:

Machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent (avoid bleach).

Air dry or tumble dry on low (to keep the fabric soft).

Iron on low (if necessary) – avoid printed or decorated areas.

Q: Do you offer international returns?

A: Yes! International customers can initiate returns within 30 days of receiving the item – please see our return policy for details. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and customs duties are not reimbursable.
