Tracking your Lullight order is easy—just follow these steps:
Find your tracking number: After your order ships (within 1-3 business days of purchase), you will receive an email with the subject "Your Lullight order has shipped" containing a unique tracking link. If you don't see this email, please check your spam/junk mail folder!
Check the status: Tracking information updates may take 24-48 hours to appear. Common statuses:
"In Transit": Your package is en route.
"Out for Delivery": Expected delivery today!
Need help?: If your order hasn't updated its tracking information after 10 business days, please email support@lullight.com with your order number and tracking number. We will contact the carrier to investigate.
Note: Lullight is not responsible for delays caused by carrier or customs errors, but we will fight for your rights throughout the process!
