RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Lullight Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Lullight, we hope you love your new clothes as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, our returns process is designed to give you the same comfortable and convenient experience as our clothing.

2.1 Return Eligibility

Return Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item (based on the tracking number). For international orders, the 30-day period begins from the date the package arrives at your address.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (labels intact, no stains, no damage, no alterations). We understand that trying on clothing is necessary—please handle with care (avoid using perfumes, cosmetics, or deodorants that may stain the clothing) and return the item promptly.

Exceptions: Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page, custom-made items (e.g., items with embroidered lettering), and intimate apparel (e.g., wire-free bras, panties) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons (unless there is a quality issue).

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Please send an email to support@lullight.com, stating your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size issue, fabric preference, etc.). We will reply within 24 business hours, providing an RA number and return label (domestic orders) or return instructions (international orders).

Packaging Requirements

Please place the item in a clean, protective plastic bag or wrapping film to prevent damage, dust, or dirt during shipping.

Please ensure all original accessories, labels, dust bags, boxes, and packaging materials are complete.

Please clearly write or print your Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the return package.

Please seal the package securely to prevent loss or damage during shipping.

Do not write directly on the original product packaging or box.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable courier service). Please mark the Return Authorization (RA) number on the package and send it to the address above.

2.3 Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method and will include the full price of the goods—unless the return is due to a product defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent), the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method:

Credit Card: 3-7 business days

PayPal: 1-3 business days

Apple Pay / Google Pay: 2-5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

2.4 Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles (subject to stock availability). If you need to exchange an item, please specify the item you wish to exchange in your return request email.

If the replacement item is more expensive, we will charge the difference; if it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange request immediately—we will ship the replacement item within 1-3 business days after approval (free shipping for exchanges).

2.5 Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item (e.g., torn fabric, broken zipper, incorrect stitching) or a wrong item (not matching your order), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please attach a picture of the defective/wrong item and your order number.

We will cover all return shipping costs (domestic and international) and offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement (your choice). If the item has a serious defect, it does not need to be returned (we may ask you to discard the item for hygiene/safety reasons).

2.6 Gift Returns

Gifts can be returned within 30 days of receipt, and a refund will be issued to your account as a Lullight gift card. Please return the gift receipt with the returned item (if any, please also provide the order number).

Your account balance never expires and can be used to purchase any items on the website.

2.7 Important Notes

We recommend that you keep tracking information for returned packages—we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Items that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., used items, missing labels) may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee (at our discretion). If a return is refused, we may return the item to you (you will be responsible for shipping costs) or, with your consent, donate it to charity.
